Enabling people to live independently in their own home
Our Supported Living service enables adults with a range of needs to live in their own home with the right level of support. We believe everyone deserves a home of their own, and the support to make it work.
What our Supported Living service provides
We provide flexible, person centred support that adapts as the individual's needs change. From a few hours a week to 24 hour support, we work with housing providers, local authorities, and individuals to create sustainable, empowering living arrangements.

- Medication management and health monitoring
- Community engagement and social inclusion
- Financial management and budgeting support
- 24 hour support packages where required
Who this service is for
Our Supported Living service is for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical disabilities, or acquired brain injuries who want to live in their own home with the right support around them.
Our approach
We work collaboratively with the individual, their family, and the local authority to design a support package that promotes maximum independence. Regular reviews ensure the support evolves as the person grows and their needs change.
