Who can make a referral?
We accept referrals from healthcare professionals, social workers, commissioners, local authorities, NHS teams, and families. If you are unsure whether we can help, please get in touch and we will advise you.
Service area: We currently accept referrals for individuals within approximately 50 miles of Chester, covering Cheshire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester, and North Wales. Unsure if we cover your area? Get in touch and we will let you know.

Assessment
