What our Mental Health Support service provides
Our mental health support workers are trained in a range of evidence based approaches. We work alongside clinical teams to provide consistent, compassionate support in the community.

Who this service is for
We support adults with a range of mental health conditions including psychosis, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, anxiety, and depression. We also support individuals with dual diagnoses and those transitioning from inpatient settings.
Our approach
We believe recovery is possible for everyone. Our staff build genuine, trusting relationships with the people they support, working at the individual's pace and focusing on strengths, goals, and what matters most to them.
