Who Is Eligible for Our Supported Living Service?
Our Supported Living service is designed for adults who need tailored, person centred support to live as independently as possible. We accept referrals for individuals with a wide range of complex needs.
- Adults with complex care needs requiring 24 hour support
- Individuals with mental health conditions
- People with neurodiversity, including autism and ADHD
- Adults with learning disabilities
- Individuals transitioning from hospital or residential care
- People requiring support to live independently in the community
